I was asked to digitise a fuchsia. It took me quite some time, but I'm pleased with the result. It measures 60 x 112 mm (2.35"x 4.40") and has 12525 stitches.

Thank you. Most stitches are in the satin stitch edges and stems - it always adds up so fast!

Thank you. I used to have lots of different fuchsias, now I have lots of pictures of them and only a couple of hardy ones.
John and I used to own a Fuchsia Nursery before he passed away and we used to frown on people popping blooms. WE also had a laugh when a customer touched a bloom and it fell off in their hands. The embarrassment when they said, "I am so sorry". Lyn

Thank you Shirlene. I love making FSL designs, it's such a nice puzzle to get it right without jump stitches. I hate those enough in 'normal' designs, but double so in FSL as they always show up.
