well we made this purse today too! Pattern from the same magazine. It is supposed to have a round bottom but that was a lesson for a day when Nana wasn't sew tired! Sew it is square & that's ok! It actually turned out pretty good & just to make it ever sew much more special I added an embroidered "E" from dbc (zipper tags font) & she was Thrilled & said Nana your the greatest! Well I have to admit along with the huge hug that was totally worth sewing all day long!
