If you can digitise lines and satin stitches you can. Download a simple one, set your machine to a slow speed and see how it stitches out the cutwork areas. (It's the best way to learn for other sorts of embroidery as well, applique, FSL). Have a look at the tutorial below. It's made for Embird but you can see what she does to get a cutwork design - the tools may be different in other software, the technique is not.
