Hi, I don't know how to help you with the software, but I just wanted to say Hi and Welcome to Cuties. I love this site too. Someone will be able to help you, but maybe not during the daytime. I have embird and the way I got started was by viewing the tutorials that came with the program and using help feature. Later I bought the carolyn kebler tutorial from secrets of embroidery.Also may be some free tutorials on line at some of the embroidery sites. hope this helps, good luck
