book and discovered I could adjust my embroidery presser foot up so I did that over the knots. Is that what others need to do for these little buggers?!

I have never had to do that - but it is sure a nice technique to learn - just in case.

Do u by any chance own a Ellageo? I have one I don't use it much anymore but it is a very good machine

Yes, I should have said "I have an Ellageo" instead of just writing it at the bottom!!

Sometimes you have to & I'm glad you looked in your manual. That's usually got most of your answers to problems. So many times people never look in their manual, I have a daughter that everytime I asked a question she would say "have you looked in your manual mom?" Found out what I learned from my manual stayed with me a lot longer than her just answering my question./Lillian
