Our girls get together this month was to be "edges and borders" I could only come up with this design. As I had to do it before I went on hols, it was rather a quick one Designs are from Sue Box

This is very pretty Ros. I've yet to try designs on edges etc. I do love the look of cutwork, but haven't had a chance to do it. Love all you work it's always stunning.

Thanks Chris. Just make sure you make templates so that you get the designs just right. Oh mark with washaway pen too. This makes sure you get the line right. slowly goes it

I lovre it and are new to this however I have jthe sue box floral illusions and just hapened to off tride the corner fuchicia out last week, it looks lovely, Im looking for ideas.. congrats to you I wwould love to try this did you use a pattern???

No my dear I used a lot of templates to find out just where the edges are to go. I worked form the centre from one side to the corner and then matched up the other side, OOPS you do the corners too before the other side as that lets you know the width

thank you Yvonne. Yes I did enjoy my hols. Very quiet. Hubby went home after 9 days ( yippeee) I shouldn't say that, should I. I did lots of walking and swimming. Roll on next year PS I lost 1 kg. again yippee

Thanks Sue. Let you in on a little secret. I had to "fudge " the edges on the ends and also I made one of the Corners a little smaller to fit. You can't tell Hmmmmm.
