Must have been the day for machines to play up. Mine did the same today. Tomorrow is another day. Lyn

You can also try to use more stabilizer, I just float an extra piece under the hoop and make it stronger.
So sorry you had such a bad afternoon. But sometimes just trying something else, and not giving up helps.
Hugs and God bless.

The tension has not been right since I had it serviced in Dec. It has to go back this week. Thank you for your comment

Sorry you are having problems...but like all of us you found a solution and carried on like a trooper!
My poor machine thinks I have moved away....will have to take a break from digitizing soon and create!

I also had a terrible afternoon. I did my usual, but thought to be clever and use up the last little bit on the bobbib, if it runs out, change the bobbinand backtrack a couple of stitches and start again. Oh Oh, no way Jose! Did that and the "starting" point landed up in a totally different location in the hoop - three times!!!!Eventually switched everything off and started from scratch and WOOPIE it worked. But took ages!!! Hope you have better luck with your machine. Hugs Elizabeth
