My centerpiece for our easter table is almost done. Thank you Lee, the design is quickly sewn and while the next ones sews the frist one is turned and trimmed.
It took me 2 to realize that the first and last color should match the fabric color. Still a newbie 8-)
Now I am out to do my groceries and hope to buy some clear plastic tabelcloth to go on with Lee's Bunny Window Bag as soon as I am back.

Thank you. Yes, I twisted pencil roving around a styrofoam ring and set it on a glas what's it 's name. Is the roving called tops in uk? New word learned.

If you put stuffing in the ears they will stand up and out for you. I used scrap felt pieces :)

This is just too cute - but I don't think that I would be able to find that "tops" or whatever it is called. I was looking really close at it, and then read the discussions. Good job.

try your local yarn shop, or spinning supply, they should carry rovings, if they have only the thicker one, splitt them yourself it is easy.
thanks for the information, but I don't even know of a yarn shop around here - of course we are in Florida.
