I have a question for all cuties: How many projects do you have on the go right now? & What are they? & How do you catch up? & How do you know when you have too many?

I don't have a lot of ufo's. I like to finish one thing before I start another. I have alot of ideas of what i want to make but right now I'm kind of hooked on fsl.

Bev, I envy you a little. Staring one and finishing one project at a time. Respect - I just can't.

I cannot really answer your question as I only have one thing on the go at a time. I have simply masses of material all lined up for different things but they have to take their turn!!!

I'm like you, i have the supplies when I get around to using them. One thing at a time just makes it easier

Is this a rude question or what? Is it like asking a lady her age? No seriously I have so many I just don't want to count them or tell all of you as I would be embarrassed. Looking forward to what others say. Lyn

Catch up?
One post in cute - 1000 new projects. LOL!
And I do other crafts like knitting, beading, spinning and quilting too. My list goes around the world - Just taking one step at a time in the one project I like best at the moment and which fits into my time sheldure. Always on the go with traveling knitting socks in my purse.

I only have one at a time, my poor pea brain can't handle more than that. Besides I made a vow when I started all this, if I can't finish it I don't start it. Now in the case of those ughs, they turn into cat beds, dust rags or trash fillers!! (giggle)

I have many ideas in my head, many fabric or clothes to embroider at home, all the thread that I could need; but when I begin a project, i finish it up to the end before to undertake another.

I also try to have one at a time for similar reasons. I do have a huge number of ideas buzzing around my head though - just depends which one settles next!

I have an UFO bins, lol! My resolve this year is to try and empty it. Its a stuggle! I fininshed my second stuffed penguin two days ago that I started before Chirstmas for my oldest daughter. She came to visit yesterday and was so excited to receive them. She loves penguins. I have a jean quilt from 10 years ago that I am working on getting finished this year. I have most of the top put together finally! I still need to sew the sections together and than comes adding the batting, back, and border. Than I'm tying this one. Then I have some tops and dresses I need to finish, Oh and 3 Halloween costumes. I aslo have a jean quilt I started this last fall I need to finish, lol! My UFO bin is overflowing and I desided to dump it out and turn the contents over so the oldest items are on the top. That was the 10 year old jean quilt followed by 2 of the Halloween costumes that are at least 10 years old as well. I found a UFO that was my daughters from when she was in high school 5 years ago. She never finished because it was to hard for her, lol! I just never got around to it. God only knows what I have hidden somewhere and forgotten about, lol!

I not only have a table full of hair clips, zipper pulls, tassels, gifts and the like but I also make radio control model airplanes and have two of them going at the same time. I have to force myself to do my domestic duties.

Gosh, I must be abnormal! I do one project at a time, clean my sewing room and start on the next. I have about a dozen or so lined up to do and my brain is working on new ones all the time. This is one of my many hobbies, I don't have a business where I have to do for others. Carol

I currently have about 12 projects going-everything from knitting to quilts. I know I have too many when I get confused about directions or pieces I need to use. And who catches up? I never do. By the time I get one finished I have started 3 more!

I couldn't begin to count as I have been teaching crafts, quilting, sewing for years and I have several of each item in stages....and just started 3 more in the past 3 days....I work better with multi projects going.....it is kinda like a competition and I can think about one as I work on another.....I have some projects that go back about 30+ years...but who's counting....not me....I'm just having fun.....

Oh la la ! I don't count anymore. That's why I try to start small project because I don't finish them.
I have a project started before christmas 2009 still hanging behind my door.
The one I put in priority are the one for my sons. It won't have any sense if I offer them stuff with noddy(oui-oui) or mickey on it when they are 18 !!
My projects first pile up on the corner of my table and when the pile goes to high, I move it in a special basket on the top shelf !!
We are typical women, we do several things in the same time !!
Thank you for asking !

I have no clue what let alone how many things I'm working on right now. Do I ever catch up. Heck NO. I put my feet on the floor in the morning and just know there's too much going on for me. Want to get back in bed.
