Customizer is the program which should come with the giga hoop. The giga hoop is 2 5x7 hoops together. You would stitch one half then flip the hoop and stitch the second half upside down. Customizer does not split designs that I am aware of, however it will allow you to bring in multiple designs to create a larger one. The only way I know of to split a design is by using a program like Embird. I am to understand this is not an easy task especially if the design is dense. The are a few places that will split them for you but I believe it is quite costly. Hope this is helpful. Lisa
