Good luck with your new machine. You sure had to come a long way to pick it up. Would they not mail it out of the country?

Yes but the new serial number would not match with former serial number in the export paperwork

LuLu, so happy you will be getting a brand new machine - it sure has taken them a long while - I wish you luck with all the projects you will be making and hope that you take pictures and share them with all of us - to inspire us.

That is wonderful that they are replacing it. Not all companies are that generous. I know you will love your new machine. Enjoy. Hugs, Mary

Hi luluzinha,
I have a pfaaf 2124 and have had it for about 4 years. I have had nothing but trouble from it. Overheating is the main problem. Had it back to the dealer many many times. He replaced some board, but it still overheats. Have given up on it and think it was my bad luck. Have spent many hundreds of dollars on services and repairs to it. Wouldn't buy a pfaaf if my life depended on it. Cheers. Enjoy your new machine. I reckon I should have got a new one also. But I am in Australia.

Congratulations on getting your machine replaced. I have had problems with mine and have taken it back and back to the dealer. They have offered to trade it in but not repace it. I will do it because I could not sell it and can't sew with it. Happy for you.
