Another Project Linus one. I try to use the fabrics that students would not select to do quilts. These were all donated fabrics. All I had to supply was the batting and construction. I used the One-hour Quilt concept to put it together. It was pieced together in strips. Then the top, batting, and backing were layered and sewn together in strips. So the quilting was completed at the same time. I just had to do the edging. It work out well but there are some things I would change in the process if I do it again.

Clawton thank you, I do not know what Project Linus is. I have never quilted. Could you please tell me what Project Linus is in the community section? This is a nice quilt. H.*.

clawton, how beautiful - I would be happy to have this quilt - myself. What great work you do - how can I get instructions for this One-hour Quilt concept? I might try something if it is that simple. Hehehe! *4U

Opps, it should have been the 6 hour quilt. After you have all of the pieces it does not take long. I'll post in the community.

Basic set up for design was from Advanced Embroider Designs. It was easy and different.

Beautiful....students should take notes on your color combination, great work. How can I find instructions for your 1 hour quilt? Flower for you.

Thanks. It is actually a 6 hour quilt. I use the serger instead of the extra zig-zig stitching. I posted a site in the community section. Not sure what page it is on by now. Back at least to pages 2-4. Just look for my avatar.
