When making pillowcase dresses ...is there a standard size length for 2T, 3T, 4T, and 5T? Also what about arm holes for these sizes?

I get my instructions from the Youembroidery site where sewcraftyme (I think) gave me pictures too! I have made 4 & you can't mess them up she gives a GREAT TUTORIAL!
