A number of people must have voted for the snowman, that's the way it works.
I don't know how it works but he is so cute it makes me smile! Those of us in the south can do that when we aren't facing yet more snow. Eventuallty the letters all seem to appear, just be patient.

If you want to see the letters in the flowering font go to 'Alphabets' and you'll see it in second place. Vote for it if you want it and ask others to help you get it.
