I know that I am nuts! But there are a lot of people having problems with the site. You will see the posts. It's not you!

Are you a member? If not the only one you can get today is the christmas G. The only ones you can get for free are the ones with 'Free design every day'. It works on voting numbers.

I am a member and I am confused too. There has not been any new designs in over a 2 weeks. I know I sound greety, but I did pay memberships! Christmas designs - really . . .

Just a thought-make sure you are logged in on the site-I have gotten that message before only to realize that I hadn't logged in after a shut down. Good luck ~linda~

The E is "today's new design", not the freebie! Because uploaded the D and E just yesterday evening (I'm in Germany so it's Europe time I'm talkin) people voted for other letters in the meantime and the christmas-G got the most.
If you watch at the number of votes I'm sure that today the D is the freebie today after the change :o)

Do you have a paid membership? Have you already downloaded all designs offered for the membership? The times there are no new designs is for me the time to download the ones on the pages I have not yet looked at, starting from the last page and working forward.
As for non-paying members this is a good time to vote for missed ones - and asks others to help with the voting - it's almost impossible to get something by voting when new designs are uploaded daily.

I wonder if the site goes out of sequince for a reason. Sometimes you can download all the letters without missing any, but then like the last couple of days it will start a new alphabet and only let us download a few then skip to some other design. We were just wondering why this happens. I would love to subscribe but sometimes money is tight. And Cute Alphabet doesn't have a membership.

You are not nuts, As far as I can tell: the abc are offered and when people vote for other letters and that letter (even if it's from another font) get's more votes that letter will be free. And sometimes the next letter is not available yet because it isn't yet digitized.
So just like you I hope the D will come free now, and we can go on with this alpha.
