It doesn't matter--the location is a website. Just take a look at all the kudos she has received from all of us. Besides, you pay through paypal, and not sending private info into cyberspace ;)

I guess it is in the US but there are members from all over the world and the nicest people you will ever get to know. The "designs by cuties" are free designs that are created by ladies from all over the place too. You will not get a virus from this site or have any problems if you pay to join and get all the designs from the whole site. I promise it is safe, I have been on here for over a year and love it. My only advise is to prepare to become addicted to it, we check in many times a day sometimes for hours at a time and we all love it here! Welcome to our group, relax and enjoy the love!

Other members are from all over the world and we all come together here, as the community of World Wide Cuties.

Why don't you purchase a 6 month membership and download ALL the designs? Then you will find this out for yourself.

I use Mozilla Firefox and I have added a add on to my address bar that tells me what country I am visiting... It just so happens that Cuteembroidery.com is located and flagged as a USA site.. I don't know what you mean by 'this place'. The site is registered in the USA and very reliable - we won't all be coming back here if we weren't satisfied!
