Hi cuties, I done a work shop today on free motion quilting, I learnt heaps of good tips and brought my confidence sky high, had an absolute ball, I cant wait to quilt my next quilt.

I tried the free motion quilting and loved it, but I really messed up my elbow. Be sure and take some breaks (which I didn't)if you are prone to tendonitis. Something to keep in mind. Enjoy. Hugs, Judy
