She is the Beta Club sponsor and while tossing out some ideas she came up with the idea to have Head Shaving Contest.

My daughter teaches in a small high school and she was able to get 12 willing young men to offer their hair for the highest price in an auction at the school. She invited in an auctioneer and he then auctioned off each students hair to the highest bidder....there were students bidding, parents, teachers, county mayor, and the beautician that helped (this was all done with the consent of each student's parents).........top one was $385 and all together they raised $1370 and it was a blast she said and the kids got into it as well as the teachers and parents....one dad paid big bucks to get the chance to cut his son's head of hair......high bidder could cut it any way they wanted....had to wear it that way for 24 hours....next day they shaved the heads if it wasn't already done.......
they are already talking about next year.....

Next month the girls are auctioning off their hair but the hair will be given to "Locks of Love" but the highest bidder gets to cut it off.....
I LOVE it when a Plan to Help comes together for a worthy cause.....
