I too feel that way. If I don't sew I am depressed. It is like an addiction. I feel lost when I am not sewing.

I think we give sew much of ourselves that this becomes something more than just a thing, it is a gift of LOVE!One more way of expressing how much to those we LOVE!

sewing (or any hobby for that matter) acts like therapy! That's why we feel so much better when we sew. Also because we are doing something for someone else(Usually) which also gives us a lift.
