how can i from rar to pes
i downloaded winrar but i don't understand what to do
(nederlands heel erg welkom ik snap er niets van)

I use 7zip to decompress rar files. It works by right clicking on the rar file, which brings up a menu where I choose where to put the files. I choose the same folder, and the files appear, and I delete the rar file. Don't know if winrar works by that or double clicking.
