I bought three time. Really worthwhile as some designs were quite expensive so could buy plenty at $1.04 each.

I believe you have to have purchased from them the month before in order to receive this code. If you miss a month then you are not invited to the sale the following month. With all the wonderful sales they have during the month, it is very fair, don't you think?

Fair? Oh my gosh, I can't believe how generous they are with their sales! And the sale items count towards happy hour. Last week I said I was going to stay away, ya right.
Oh, I so agree! Just another example of a wonderful site like this one that gives us so much!! We need to support them with actual sales!

I've already bought mine. You don't have to buy a lot to get on the Happy Hour mailing list. I usually buy the flower of the month and they are only about a $1. I buy their sale designs, too.
Their designs are wonderful and I've never had any problem with any of them.
You can use the code 3 times and it is sooooo tempting but I'm practicing self control! :)
