How awful! We are just entering spring here temperatures of 18 degrees Celsius and flowers blooming. I love it when spring comes, and would hate it if we go a cold spell now.

SNOW! I wish. We were 90 degrees here in Louisiana today-not sure what that converts to.
However I have never heard of thunder and lightning with snow-thats scarey.

We just started getting a peek at the sun..its been raining all the time...everything is soaked and standing water...Hopefully we get a chance to dry out...tonight I got to glimpse the beautiful yellowish/orange full moon...Such beauty she is...

I had to look to see where you are...had a feeling you were close to us! We are right across the lake from you in Michigan. Yep, we had the snow, sleet, thunder & lightning last night, too. LOTS of thunder & lightning...looks really cool against the white of the snow. This was the third time in about 6 weeks with thunder/lightning/snow mix...weird....you don't see it often and then BAM...three times! I'm ready for a REAL Spring!!

Yikes! That's nuts! Thunder snow is too weird. We get it here very rarely and It just isn't right, lol! It's supposed to be 80 degrees here in Pennsylvania today! Crazy in the other direction! Sending you a bouquet of Spring flowers!

What a topsy turvy world weather wise at the moment. There you are buried in snow and here in East Anglia, England we are having the driest April since the 1920s!

I'm sorry to hear that winter does not want to leave some parts of the country...hope you get to see spring soon.

We have had flurries for the last week here in south east B.C. We are still waking up to - degrees! Thank goodness no thunder and lightning though..scary stuff!

We have one of the hottest aprils ever.
Feels more like summer than spring: People sitting outside of the cafes, my kids jumps around in the garden without shoes and I start to plant flowers and veggies. Hope the sun will find a way to you soon...

I remember having a thunder snow here in Arkansas several years ago....it was so weird and we got several inches of snow then too. Hope spring will come your wa soon....in the meantime you can enjoy these flowers. Hugs, Karen
