Made these "snappy purses" for grand daughters to match the Easter dresses. Will upload pic of dresses when I can get it! Girls picked out the material they wanted, I did the work.

Nice job! I am sure they love to get new "stuff" that you make for them! I used to look forward to getting packages from my Granny, as long as I could get rid of the lace and ruffles! When my cousin and I were both about 8, the ruffles and lace started and I was the tom-boy of the bunch. I always played baseball, basketball, climbed the trees and rode my bike with the boys. I was never into lace and ruffles. I would wear the dress and leave the pinafore with the lace and ruffles at home. I sure was glad when Granny got off of the lace and ruffle kick! On the otherhand, my cousin that was 3 months younger than I was loved the ruffles. Diane lived across the rode from Granny and I live 65 miles away..thank goodness. She never knew I did not wear the whole outfits!
