Today, is my father's birthday. He is 95 years old, but he looks no more than 70. He walks everyday, eats well, and always has a joke to tell, sometimes his jokes are a little bit spicy LOL.

So haopy that you still have your dad with you. I still miss mine, but he had a good life, and lived to be 96 1/2.

How great!! My dad passed at age 63 from cancer many years ago, and I miss him still! He has found the fountain of youth, by his healthy habits, and telling those spicy jokes keeps his brain youthful, too! LOL

Yes i have beeen blessed he is very sweet! I always remember when i was a child, He would tell my mom take the pots and pans and lets eat outside, we drove out of the city until he found the perfect place to eatLOL. Beautiful memories! By the way my mom is 86.
You are twice blessed to have mom and dad both!! Those beautiful memories keep our hearts alive!

Mary how blessed you are & tell your dad Happy birthday from me. In our community we have several in their 90s & late 80s but the sad thing is they are widows & widowers but all are still living alone in their own home & children & neighbors check on them. When I was a child you seldom heard of anyone living past their 80s, longetivity is definitely here today. Lillian
