I have DL some designs in the wrong folder or failed to make a new one. When they have been muddled, I can quickly find them.

Right click in the folder at a vacant spot choose the "Arrange Icons by Modified" and they will be listed by date and time (just hover on them to show this) that the DL took place. Highlight them and move them to your new folder.
You folder can be restored by a right click again and "arrange by Name"
