I was having so much problems with it...The check thread kept coming on every 2 to 3 stitches...i changed bobbin, needle, thread, cleaned compartment..adjusted tension (some)...I thought I tried everything...the thread also gathered underneath and the thread on top would go loose then tighten....so I had to take her in....any how 220.46 dollars later its back home...
apparently somehow the needle had punctured a hole in the bobbin case and from there on it went down hill...the thread had cut into the bar inside which frayed it and rubbed the metal down....there were grooves in the casing, all of this caused my speed buttons to stick on the high side so even when it was put in slow mode it ran fast. Well that was what I was told and the used parts showed just that....my cutting mechanism is fixed, a new bobbin case and the computer part fixed, I should be able to play again.....
I feel for everyone that has to take their baby in...its lonesome without them even if you do not use them every day....
