I have been looking for a frame that stitches like this but blank so I can add my own words. I want to use it in birth annoucments, these would be great so the newborn pic can be added.

Do you have software to edit designs with? If you do all you have to do is delete any wording and add you own. Or just not stitch out that color. I know I've seen several nice frame designs in my design browsing, just can't remember where.

All you need is 2 square applique designs, they must be easy to find (as they are dead easy and very quick to digitise). What size do you have in mind, 4x4 for the outer one and 2.5 x 2.5 for the inner? That would leave a 3/4 " border.
