no freebies anywhere I looked, there is rain on embroidery designs.com
Cheapest I found is 5 dollars

Hi Littlelambs,

There is a set of little characters on OPW site called Stitch Ville - but the rain is coming out of a cloud. The other one on Embroidery designs are a group of raindrops - both are not free I'm sorry. Love and blessings Chris
