i have gone to sew out a design and it's gone pear shaped will try and put a photo of it on here and maybe someone can tell me whats gone wrong

tried to put it on but nothing is happening must be doing somthing wrong
Did you click upload after you'd browsed to find the picture? Easy to miss!

Bunnyhop makes sure the picture is small enough like about 500 kb and in a JPEG format.

I do not see a picture--however--when I have had a design pull it was because my bobbin tension was too tight. Was the design dense? If so--did you use the proper stabilizer? H&*
