My sister-in-law is 50 in a couple of weeks and I was tempted to be facetious - but in the end I decided against (but not for her present!)

Beautiful card, I love the paper doily (or whatever it's called) with the ribbon, makes it real pretty. I should use that rose again, I'm surprised at how nice it looks!

Thanks for that link. I've lost count of how many times I've used the rose. I've used a fair few paper doilies as well!

This looks great, Sue and Mops. The text you've chosen to go with it really suits as well, Sue. Nice job. You're going to keep us guessing on the present, aren't you? LOL. An 'oldies' kit is good fun for one of those '0' birthdays, with toothless combs, wind pills, denture cleaners, etc etc. Not to mention the baggy bloomers (big knickers) -which we of course would embroider something inappropriate upon!
