My sister-in-law is a nurse so this Nurse Cratchet design is perfect! I didn't use the wording that was on the design as it was difficult to read. I substituted some frequently heard phrases of my own! She will also get a big box of chocolates from us as a tea-towel and potholder are not much of a 50th birthday gift.

Very good choices for a nurse, and now we know! Thanks for stopping us guessing! If it were me, I might be tempted to add a bag with the wording that I've seen someplace: 'Are you a symptom of my medication?'.
