I know, I know, another Newbie question. Do they every take designs off the site? If so, how often? I'd hate to miss something!

The only designs that I know of that change are the daily freebies. They do not go away they just go back in the archives where you still can find them. So to my knowledge nothing has ever gone completely away.

I don't believe so. I don't recall any being discarded since I've been on the site. It just builts and gets better.
