This one is definitely my choice because it echoes the narrow border beneath the blocks. As well, the background in this fabric continues the colour of the sashing which is good since the blocks themselves have a lot of colour in them. It also looks rather elegant to me, too.

number three is definately my choice
I almost picked number 2 but I think with that one there is too much color next to the backing fabric. So I pick number 3.
