Damask design from Embroidery Library. Circle for coaster is from Sue Box.
The designs sew beautifully. I kind of messed up the vinyl but I just wanted to get the design out so I could show my daughter. I think she's wants coasters with this design.

Looks pretty good to me. Not sure where you 'messed up, unless the satin stitch may have missed the edge slightly, but I can't see where if it did. This would suit a more formal dining area. Well done.

The design didn't really mess up, just me when I ironed the vinyl on. Oh well, it's not too bad. I love the design.

Here is a link to some iron on vinyl. It's very handy stuff. There are different types also. You just lay it over the project/fabric and cover with a protective sheet (or the peel off paper it comes on) and iron it on. Melts onto the project.

I love that stuff - nice for chldren's articles like bibs or aprons too.
