I ordered a size 16 dress for Laras wedding, a beautiful gold tea length dress. It arrived and was too small. was a size 12. I contacted them and they sent me a a form to fill in and send the dress back for a refund. Cost me $90 for the dress $20 for their postagee and $30 for me to send it back. They offered me $30 refund. I have been scammed, ripped off. If you know of anyperson who has bought from them or thinking of buying through them be warned. I have found about 85 people from around the world. so far, who have had this happen to them.

So sorry for your problem! Just remember, the ads that pop up on this site have NOTHING to do with Cute! They are Google ads, different ones come up all the time. Complain to Google that they are advertising a rotten business. Veronika has no control over these Google ads, nor does any other website. Just because you see it here, doesn't mean it's good! my daughter got done as well ordered a size 12 dress for her wedding and the one that came was size 22 couldnt stop crying for days too much trouble to send it back and the lace was tacked on like a kid had stitched it what a mess

At a time when things need to go right and stress levels are already high. A time when all should be fun and exciting, this happens. So sorry for you. Hope you're able to get a replacement for the wedding.

If this is happening they should be reported to some consumers organisation. If you use PayPal you can dispute the transaction. If you think about it they need only have a handful of dresses. If you order a larger size they send a smaller size and if you order a smaller size they send a larger size. What a scam!!!!

Sally, I bought a beautiful dress from fashionlande, it is lovely and fits perfectly. We have bought from other companies in China, it is just Light in the Box that are the onew ripping poeple off....hugs, Helen
