two animals sure do not listen.i download a design like apale rose into a folder, then when i open the file go through all those steps in embird and it shows me the design, it is very pale.i put it in a folder to safe and when i open the folder i still cannot see the design.i give up. never had that trouble with winxp.do not know if the trouble lies with win7 or embird. thanks thanks for your help. i hope i explained this well. stella
