I have found one that is 3cm x 3cm but that will not fit on the existing badge and I do not have digitzing software to adjust it!

Thanks!!! I did this and it worked out perfectly. Now I am looking forward to playing with the software for the rest of the trial time. Do you know if they ever have it on sale? I'm thinking I will put it on my Christmas list!
