the color chart is listed right under the design it should say print color chart..that is on this site..

Yes but you have to print. Is there a way to save it with the design on the computer???

Click on Print under the picture of the design, when you get to the color chart page, under the File Menu do a "Save Page As". If it's named the same thing they will show up in Explorer together, each with it's own file extension. You can't have two files with different extensions as one file - just the way computers work.
