Can't find site with Irish girl with red hair green dress, hat in hand I think. She was shown in the projects section also framed...really beautiful for St. Patrick day. Beautiful embroidery.

I really don't know if this is the one that you are looking for - but that description would fit most Irish Girl designs from any site, this one did have wings, however.
