This is not an answer but a question. Can you split designs with Coral or abode? If not what program can I use.

No, Corel and Adobe are photo programs. You need a program like Embird, PED, etc. You need a program that allowes digitizing changes. Corel and Adobe do not support machine formats like pes, hus, art, etc. the digitizing software programs do. That is what you need. A lot of companies offer software trials. Buzz Tool is an excellent example. Check the bookmarks on this site. Several are listed there.
