Awww...what a nice gift for you to give your sister-I am sure she will love it- I agree with nama-I would frame it too before giving it to her-makes it all that much more special and that way it can be displayed immediately-she can show off her sister's love and talent =O) As for the frame-how about matted with a green similar to that that you used in the border and then a white frame? ~linda~
