I poked around on their site and found this:

Single Patterns: All Patterns will be emailed to you. (Unless listed otherwise). Usually the same or next day, after payment is received.

Sets: All sets will be shipped on a cd for FREE Shipping, the same or next business day. After payment is received.

Combos: All orders with the purchase of single patterns and sets...will be shipped via mail, the same or next business day on a cd/s. After payment is received.
