That list doesn't work properly. If you are a paid member the best way to get designs is to look at the blue bar at the top of the page and look at the categories: Designs, Redwork, Alphabets, Lace, Applique, and Cross Stitch.

If you are not a paying member go to the home page where you will see the 6 freebies for the day. Click on the picture and it will lead you to the downloads.

To get more information look on the left when you are in the community page and you will see "tutorial" in the blue topics. There you will get lots of tips.
