I have had this shirt for some time trying to think of what I wanted on it. I saw the design in Donna Dewberry flowers, and decided that I wanted to put it on this shirt. My office at work gets cold at times, but not cold enough for a jacket. I can wear this over my slacks and shirt, and it still look good. I stitched the design to the front and added a semori to the back. The semori ("back protector") is a japanese tradition considered a charm to guard the wearer from evil influences.

Yes, It did not show well in pic, but are small bullion roses.

dlonna, oh wow - isn't that a lovely shirt - you did good. Any one would love wearing this and I bet that there will be plenty that ask you to stitch them up something - when they see this. Are you just not so proud of this? It is wonderful work. *4U

Yes - seldom make anything for myself, but this is one time I did. Love it. I did wear it and was aksed to hold a class.
