Cuties -- I am very sorry if I offended anyone, including jess45, by my postings of the freebies at Nicole's Designs. I honestly thought I was doing a service to all interested Cuties by listing them. There are so many freebies on Nicole's wonderful site, that I didn't want anyone to miss them. If you were upset by my posts for just 1 designer, I am sorry.
Even though some people said to continue posting, I am discouraged since I meant to help not offend. I have probably another 4 pages of links to additional freebies at Nicole's that I probably won't post since jess45 said I am spamming.

I love your lists - I never knew there were so many designs out there until I came here. I have been a member of 5 different sites for several years - so it is good to see someone else's free stuff. I was a memmber of Digitizers Friend, Sick, Designs by Denise, Sweet Embroidery, and now Cute EMbroidery.<br />This is by far the Best - I love the friendship here - so please do not let anyone upset you - let's all be friends !!! Even if I didn't use the freebies at the moment I know how much work it is to make those lists. I think there are also nice and polite newbies here around who are happy about your work and help. Cause of this I had to write some replies to the comments of this lady. Who is she that she speaks of "our community" and "hindering us from doing it". She never had my permission to write for me neither in such a disrespectful way!

i know how you feel, all I did was post a pic of a quilt I made and BAM I was slammed with ridicule about licensed designs, stealing etc, when all the designs were freebies I collected over a 2 year period. Ignore and keep doin what your doin, you can't please everybody and I know it only takes one to break your heart, it did mine, but the rest of us love ya just like you are......

I saw a message accusing someone of stealing the designs. These people haven't a clue as to where the designs come from and they just make assumptions which are way off the mark.

I have seen several cutes do the same thing. I see nothing wrong with what you did. I do however take issue with the way Jess45 treated you. Those who post freebies, whether its 1 or 30 save most of us a ton of time we don't have to look for all these. When I check them I read the discriptions and decide which sites I want to go to. For instance I am not fond of cross stich, and FSL scares me, but others love them. So I am happy that someone takes the time to share the freebies they find no matter what the form. I thought SPAM was an unwanted email that you can block out. Posting freebie sites or designs on a site that you have to log into and search for isn't SPAM in my understanding. How on earth can a person consider posting a list of designs SPAM! No one is hindering anyone from 'evaluating and individual site' by posting a list. I know I posted a few in the past. There are a number of lists of designs that a good many of us would have missed in the lists. I have seen so many designs from so many designers that are so good that I plan to go back and see what others that designer might have that are not 'free'. Some people just are looking for freebies and others are on a limited budget these days and want to see how the designs stitch out on their particular machine.
The message from jess45 doesn't even make sense. Almost like perhaps someone may have been consuming something in excess before writing it. Please continue to post the design lists. You are a sweetheart for helping busy people see the various types of designs Nicole has. I know I want her Scotty designs that sewmom was so kind to point out to me but it wasn't for sale that I know of. Thanks again for all your valuable time and effort in making those lists. They are appreciated by more people then you will ever know.

I thought your list was very helpful & saved (underline that!) me time that I would have spent looking at all the categories. Just remember that no one was forcing her to look at them. Thanks and anytime you find another good site, hope you will share it, too.

I am with the majority. Keep on posting and if one person does not like it they can just go pound sand. If it were the owner of the site that would be another matter but as far as I can see that is not the case. Keep us the good work and don't let one negative comment get you down. Thanks for all your hard work.

I was checking and Jess45 does say "Thank You" for posting a site with free designs. Buuuttt the odd thing is that it is always for the same site. Repeatedly over and over thank you for posting free designs (just like you did) but only for this same Russian site. Hhhmmmm sounds rather fishy to me, Jess45 you are busted LOL.

I had checked this out a couple of days ago and found the same thing. Could not work this out except maybe needs JEF format, not all DL have JEF format. This post needs to be "put to bed" so it can get lost in the posts. Marg
