I don't know what format you downloaded. I use Pes format and that was okay. So perhaps do it in pes and convert to the format you use. Good luck!

I will try, but it wouldn't let me download at all. I would click on the file, click open and when I would click again the file would read corrupt or invalid file. I couldn't even get to pick a format. It's a shame too, I need K for my DIL and SIL

When I click on the file and try to open it tells me the file is corrupt/invalid. It never gets to the format part. It's sort of frustrating, I just tried again and it still doesn't work.

Thank you for asking, I just checked mine in pes and it said invailed and corrupt. I guess I'll do it over.

I downloaded it and got the same message. BUT look in your downloads. It will probably be there anyway. Mine was. And it opened just fine. They have something funky going on with their website. Hopefully it is transient. Good luck.

Try a right click and "save as" save. sometimes the dl is too fast and all of the zip is not captured. You need to delete the bad one and try again

Ok I tried too. It downloaded in it's usual zip format, I let windows extract and everything is OK. Every format showed up. Have no clue why you are having problems. Hope you get it solved.

I will have to check if I have the K ,But I could not get the E at all.
I will try some of these tips given here.
It will be a pity not to have some letters cos it is so pretty.
