but I am .I close the error message ,try again up it comes ,round & round in circles I go .It tells me to go to remote access preference menu then advance menu in network connection folder.I can't find it in vodafone menu or in the control panel -use vista home premium.The only way I can shut it down is by using the task manager.Yesterday I eventually got it to work but today no way.Rang vodafone & got an Indian who was very hard to understand but he said it as incredimail problem.Any help really really appreciated
