I would say most likely it would be wise for you to buy a membership. we can vote for your letters for to help you. Sometimes it is quite a few day between fonts and sometimes not. you most likely lost quite a few other designs also. What a shame and I feel very sorry for you.Wish I could be more of help but copy right laws are copy right laws. Warm hugs and flowers to all.

I know how you feel dear, I have an external hard drive(relatively inexpens) & back up often so I will not lose anything. I have had cp crashes in the past but not since I started embroidering. I'll vote for all your letters as they come around

I took note of your's too crowe. As some know I just had comp probs, but this time (I said "this time") I was able to save designs b4 having to restore from day one. I have lost everything b4 and learned hard way, so my sympathy with you. I now back up quite frequently. No "less" than once a month. I need more CD-RW's
