I had a D1 and loved it . About a year ago I upgraded to an SE and all of my "extra" hoops fit it. Perhaps you can check with a Husquvarna Viking dealer to see if they have one. If not, ask that they notify you when they have sales and maybe you can be saving up & ready. That is how I bought all of my hoops.

Since those hoops can usually be used on all Vikings, you may have to get a new one. But surely can find one on sale at the dealers! They are pricy! Good luck!

I just gave my Designer1 to my daughter, but I kept all the extra hoops except the mega one (360x150mm) as they fit my new Ruby. The 150x150 hoop is actually my favourite as it has to inner rings, one for thin materials and one for thick; I always use the latter for towels.
I expect everyone holds on to their hoops as they fit most models. So I'm afraid you won't easily find a used one.
