I made this fabric chalboard for my grandson, Jace. It has vinyl pockets for chalk and a mitt for erasing. I also used elastic to hold the chalk in place. I put his name on the back so when it is rolled up his name is visable.

oh this is neat I just saw a pattern for this in my magazine. I have to try & find the chalkboard fabric! thanks for sharing.
